Exception while creating work order with project details (OSP flow)

Summary:

We are getting the below error while system is trying to auto create PR for the OSP item in the work order.

"The expenditure type isn't active as of the expenditure item date. Revise either the expenditure item date or the active dates of the expenditure type"

We are adding project details on the work order header and expecting the information to flow on PR and then PO.

But stuck at this stage. Please let me know what could be reason for this error that we see on Supply Orchestration page.
