is it possible to secure person extra information by type?

Summary: We would like to restrict which INFORMATION_TYPE values an HR Analyst can see or update. The role gives access to the Extra Information section, and the Area of Responsibility gives access to the worker the HR Analyst can view, but we would like to make some of the EEI types less public, as they may contain sensitive data

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The Summary should provide the content. On the PER_PEOPLE_EXTRA_INFO_F table, there are user specified INFORMATION_TYPE values. We want to restrict an HR Analyst from viewing some of these types. I have not seen a way to do this going through Oracle's security classes on Oracle University
