Global Absence Recording approval rule based on the Salary Basis attribute which is not available

Summary:

We have a requirement to change the approval rules for the Global Absence Recording - Single Assignment process

The changes are to route to different approvers based on the employee/requestor 's salary basis

and in order to achieve that we would need to build our approval rules conditions by using the Employee/requestor 's Salary Basis attribute

For example:

If requestor Salary Basis = 'X' Then approval from Direct Manager

If requestor Salary Basis = 'Y' Then Auto-Approve

The Challenge:

But, the challenge is that we don't see the Salary Basis attribute available for selection while we are creating the approval rule condition
