EDMCS How to prevent users from renaming a node once it has been created

In Oracle Enterprise Data Management application the RENAME action is used to name a node during the its initial creation and to rename it on subsequent changes.

We would like to know how to automatically prevent users from renaming a node after its initial creation across an application.

Manual solution like leveraging an approval policy to reject or pushback the request is not accepted.
