Is there a way to limit access to the worker assignment real time subject area?

Hello,

We have a "Learning Course Owner View All" data role that is essentially a learning admin. They have access to view all learning data including courses, offerings, assignees, assigners, etc. The learning subject areas in OTBI are very limited in terms of employee fields that they can pull. To get around this, we added Workforce Transaction Analysis and Workforce Transaction Analysis Duty privileges to allow access to the Worker Assignment Real Time subject area.

The problem with this is that it gives them view all access to the subject area for ALL employees (because of the data role security). While it is true that we want them to report out on some employee information, that subject area has a lot of PII and other fields we do not want to give access to. From a role perspective, they need to remain View All so that they can see all learner data for our employees. Is there a way to give them less access to the worker assignment subject area or some way to give
