How to Simplify Source org. material availability commitment date to Destination Org automatically

Transfer order requested delivery date need to be in sync with WIP completion date to provide the material commitment date by source org to Dest. org.

Transfer orders would be released from the planning with approx. requested delivery date and later needs to be updated manually in sync with the WIP completion date got changed. This is a tedious process to manage the dates on daily basis manually to commit the material avaialbility. Just wondering is there a way to simplify this process automatically by supply planning or other rules to be setup?
