Currency Conversion is not getting considered by Backlog Management Engine

The data is getting picked in INR in EBS, but when we view the orders in Fusion Backlog Management, the currency is not getting converted from INR to USD. The currency csv files are loaded and the data can be viewed in the backlog analysis page.
