Some users can not export pdf report when click view pdf button on PO or agreement screen.

"The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly."

This issue appears to be user-specific, as other users are able to generate and download the PDF files without any problems.

It’s worth noting that the affected users were previously able to export PDFs successfully, indicating that this is a new issue.
