Can EPM Automate lookup for email id from a file?

Summary:

We have a scenario where we would like to burst report definition through EPM automate and send the output files to users based on email ids located in a file.

The file will contain email addresses of users based on the dimension members they are responsible for. It is similar to the "Targeted Distribution File" functionality that resides in Bursting Definition, but we are looking for a more touchless option where we do not have to upload the distribution fie every month.

Ideally, the bursting definition will drop multiples files at a location and epm automate will send those files to the targeted users based on the email ids that reside in another file.
