We're looking to understand the process of archiving quotes and have few questions after going through the documentation. Thanks

  1. Documentation states that the default setting for cleaning up archived Transactions is 30 days after the Transaction was archived. To change the number of days in this setting, we can submit a SR. What is the maximum number of days that can be requested for this setting?
  2. Does archiving a transaction also removes the references to Oracle Quotes and Oracle Quote Line Items in the associated Salesforce Opportunity to free the SF storage?
  3. Is there a way to only archive a transaction but not have it permanently deleted?
