POET information not defaulting for PR and PO created from Work order - OSP & Contract Manufacturing

When creating a Purchase Requisition from Work Order the POET details from the WO do not get populated on the PR and the PR is not getting created. However, when creating a PR without POET information, the PR is released successfully.

When creating a Purchase Requisition from Work Order the POET details from the WO do not get populated on the PR and the PR is not getting created. However, when creating a PR without POET information, the PR is released successfully. This is the case in OSP and Contract Manufacturing scenario.
