BI Publisher - RTF Template - Font

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I am developing the Offer Letter and Employment Agreement for my client using BI Publisher.

Since they are using numbering, and under the original template, the font = Times New Roman.

When the RTF template is generated as RTF, the normal text font is still Times New Roman, but those Numbering (a), (b), (c) etc.. will become Arial

When the RTF template is generated as DOCX, the normal text font is still Times New Roman, but those Numbering (a), (b), (c) etc.. will become Calibri

Any advise on the font handling, as my client doesn't want to use Arial
