Business rule logic very slow to load in VBS

I have created multiple rules against the requisition details page

However the conditions section seems to not load in conjunction with the rule I'm looking at and keeps referring to the first rule. It can take a few minutes to catch up and is very frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this?

Eg Next Recruiting Manager rules condition is below

If I select the Next Hiring Manager rule the same condition is displayed

Even though this isn't the condition, after a minute or so the correct condition then displays
