SQL Query to Extract Accurate Last Login Date for Active Users in Oracle Cloud SCM Planning

Dear Oracle Experts,
We are seeking assistance in generating a report from the PROD environment that provides a list of all active users across the following Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules:
Supply Planning|| Demand Management|| HVGOP || Backlog Management
The report should include the following fields:
User Name

User Login

Email ID

Last Login Date


We have previously raised SRs with Oracle and were advised to post this request on Cloud Customer Connect to gather insights from the expert community.


Could you please help us with the correct SQL query or recommended approach to accurately extract the Last Login Date along with the User Login Email ID?
