Hi to all,

our client asked us to insert 4 ".PDF" files into an alert custom (e-mail): the email is sent to employee when Performance Document is created by HR and the alert is forced manually by HR into "Report and Analytics" section.

This need is linked to the fact that employees have to read some file after receiving this e-mail.

We checked Oracle documentation and saw that it's not possible to attach more than one file into an alert custom:
