In Task Manager, hierarchy of tasks and Approve/reject of tasks

Summary:

1. Template Modification and Schedule Recreation
   : When we modify template (add/remove task, modify security etc), I have to create a new schedule each time. Is there a way to handle this without needing to create a new schedule every time? This would be a challenge for the customer.

• Problem: Every time there's a change in the Task Manager template (e.g., adding or removing a task, changing security settings), the system requires creating a new schedule.
• Challenge: This is inconvenient and inefficient, especially for end users.
• What the user wants to know: Is there a way to avoid this—i.e., update templates without having to recreate the schedule each time?
