Patch 25B Serial ID 205 Issue

I have enabled the profile option ORA_HRC_HDL_CONFIG_ACCESS_REDWOOD_ENABLED via the Manage Administrator Profile Values task however the option is not visible via the Data Exchange. It has worked successfully for Patch 25B Serial ID 205 Redwood Experience for HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader & 'Spreadsheet Business Object Access' is visible.

Is there an issue somewhere?
