Unassign Order from Shipped OBLOAD in WMS Cloud

We are having OTM to WMS integration for planning the Shipments. During the shipment planning OTM has planned 2 orders for the same customer having same ship to on the single shipment(external plan load number is also same) and created a common OBLOAD for both orders.

During Wave Creation process user run the wave template and released the wave. As we are in SIT environment, user went ahead and picked & shipped the 1 sales order without verifying the other order is allocated or not. As the 2nd order did not had any allocation as per him System did not shown him any message that there 1 order which is allocated to load which we disagree.
