Has anyone built and interface to OrgChart sending images using the API?

Summary:

We are using the OrgChart API and have been able to upload Employee and Supervisor data to the OrcCHart system.

We are now trying to load images, but when we validate our "Configure Oracle photos" connection we get this error:

Failed AuthenticationInvalid Oracle credentials or query

Does anyone know what additional User Roles are needed beyodn waht is needed for the Non-Photo API?

We are using the Sub Domain:

https://hcre-dev1.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers

And the child resources: workRelationships.assignments.managers
