Purchase order supplier details needs to be free text box

We need to check feasibility on how to freeze the supplier details white creating purchase order

as we have retail purchases we need to put supplier details manually so we need free text box to type details manually instead of selecting fro LOV

we will have one separate purchase order style in that we want supplier to have free text box
