Fusion Time and Labor: Timecard status stuck in submitted even after employee withdrawn.

Summary:

We are using project and payroll timecards. When an employee submits a timecard, its status changes to "Submitted" and it moves to the approval stage. However, if the employee withdraws the timecard from the FYI section in the transaction console, it shows as "Withdrawn by Employee," but the timecard status still remains as "Submitted."
