Lease accounting Option types

Does anybody have a document that explains the actual different functional consequences of the different option types in FLA.

The difference for an "early termination option" vs a "renewal option" are clear ,but the rest of the seeded list is pretty vague and not well documented , Hence does anybody have an overview of the different consequences in FLA for the different seeded option types. PS Referring to release notes (what is new) for the feature does not help (it is not there); and Referring the FLA user guide on how to enter options and the content of the list of seeded available (option types) does not help.
