Redwood settings not visible correctly

We are currently setting up the productive system for a customer and have published our Redwood settings from Test to Prod. We have noticed differences in the visibility of fields that we cannot explain. Due to the sensitive nature of the data, the information contained has been blacked out. You can see the test system on the left and the production system on the right.

We are logged in on both instances with an french HR user, the users have identical roles. Our rules in the Visual Builder are based on different roles, e.g. an Employee view rule and an HR view rule. Although everything is identical, you can still see that the “Grade Ladder” field is not displayed on the production environment, but in the test environment even though it's not configured as "visible". We have attached screenshots of the parent and child rules. Have any of you already had such a problem?
