Can Description be added to Web Clock Dept/Location Numbers?

Summary:

Hello, we are looking into the possibility of adding "Description" to our cost centers. Is there a way to do this?

When looking at chart of account set values we see the cost center and description are two separate fields, so we are concerned it may not be possible.
