Create Filter Parameter for Custom ESS Job

Summary:

I'm looking for any way to create a Filter parameter in a custom ESS Job just like we see in Account Analysis Report Job.

I need to know how to create the parameter from scratch.

I understand it's a Task Flow parameter, so that's why we don't see it in Parameters tab for the seeded job.

Any help is appreciated.
