Can we pick back order line again which got interfaced to WMS?

Summary:

Can we pick back order line again which got interfaced to WMS?

We are using Fusion to WMS Seeded integration where if we do not have on hand against TO it got cancelled in WMS and lines status in fusion become backordered .

As per our understanding if we replenish back order line stock in fusion and try to pick same line as we have On Hand now but line integration status is Interfaced should not be picked again by using generate shipment request .
Since in this case integration line status is interfaced in fusion that line will not be picked again and we need to create a new TO again for back ordered lines and do process again .
