DBCS restore

Hi Experts,

We have DBCS VM with 19.23 version.

From OCI console, we are unable to initiate the restore, due to some html error.

Can we do it manually from rman using below commands.

This is our show all output, no changes done to it after the DB provisioned.

RMAN> show all;;

RMAN configuration parameters for database with db_unique_name DEVDB_ERP are:
