Enterprise journals

I have a question regarding the enterprise journal from Oracle FCCS into NetSuite. Since direct integration with NetSuite is not possible, we have set the target as "Other" in the enterprise journal and created a few journals there. Is there a way to automate the extraction of enterprise journals from Oracle FCCS and post them directly into NetSuite? If this requires using REST APIs, how can we enable the configuration for this and get assistance in setting up the connection?
