Unable to select Segment Group and Segment in "Plan Items" Tab while creting a replenishment plan

Hi everyone,
as described in the summary, while creating a replenishment plan via the "Manage Plan" task we are unable to see the segment group and segment in the LoV under the "Plan Items" tab.
We have correctly created the segment, performed segmentation and collected planning data.
The segment granularity and the segment cryteria include Item and organization.
In addition, the source system specified in the plan is the same as that specified in the segment groups

Why are we facing this issue? How can we fix it?
