Positions Lov not visible in particular BU while transfering employees

Summary:

We have created a new BU and new position under the BU we need to now transfer the employees from Old to new BU. However in Assignment section of Local and Global transfer under Position we are not able to find the LOV of all positions and when we enter the newly created position code it gives error- A value is required

While we tried to transfer to different BU it was showing the lov for position.
