Looking for some help with Salesforce APIs - support said this is a. How to so I am hoping another customer has some insights on the Salesforce APIs and updates to ensure we don't have any service interruptions

  1. Our CRM integration Is set to API version 31. We need to update this but I am struggling to find what version it should be set to.

As Salesforce is enforcing API levels and officially retiring older versions we have been told to have everything at 45 or above. Other vendors we integrate with through a managed package have provided us details of what this should be set to or what is certified for the product. All I can find for Oracle is this article saying to ask Oracle but support could not help. I am not sure if this article is current or something old - How Can CPQ Be Configured To Use A Different Version Of The Salesforce API? KB76126
