Reason for a short pick

We are currently using Active Inventory in our online DC, where pickers execute tasks by going to the assigned locations. However, we've noticed that in some cases, pickers are short picking tasks - choosing not to pick the full quantity for various reasons.

Is there functionality within task execute that can prompt the user to capture or input a reason when short picking a task?

This would help us better understand and track the cause of short picks for future analysis and process improvement.
