Redwood - Why some fields in Responsibility Scope does not appear?

Summary:

After select a value in Hierarchy Type field, we are not able to see Department Hierarchy, Top Department, Include top department, Hierarchy Levels fields to enter information. In responsive UI after select a value in Hierarchy Type field we can see those fields but now in redwood we can't. We already saw in VBS but those fields are not available.
