Custom bursting report failing sporadically

Summary:

We have a scheduled process named Job Offer Notification that runs every 30 minutes to notify Compensation. While most runs complete successfully, we are noticing that some instances are failing intermittently without generating any log output or visible error messages in the Scheduled Processes console.

When we attempt to view the log and output files for the failed runs, the output is either blank or not available. This is making it difficult to understand the root cause or troubleshoot further.
