The best way to get scenario start year for certain module by using groovy

Hi All,

I would like to get the forecast scenario start year for the Workforce module. I noticed that when using toMap() in Groovy, it actually retrieves the scenario start year and end year, but not for a specific module. I have tried using getSubstitutionVariableValue to get the Workforce module's forecast start year & end year value, but I couldn't prevent administrators from modifying it. Is there any way to lock the substitution value, or can I retrieve the value directly from the "Planning & Forecast Preparation" scenario start year & end year? Thanks a lot for the idea.
