Validation between tow flexfield (Start and End Date) on Purchase Order Screen

Summary: We have created two flexfield on the Purchase Order screen (Start Date and End Date), and they are working as required. However, I am unable to create a validation between them to ensure that the End Date is greater than the Start Date.
