Notification Subject Appears in English Despite User Language Set to French

Users are suddenly receiving notifications where the subject shown in the bell icon is in English, even though this affects multiple users.

We are still encountering this issue today. However, when we open the notification itself, the content is correctly displayed in French.

Of course, the users' language preference is set to French. Please advise.
