Results for the HCM Extract is not working as per the person security profile

Summary: Currently when user runs the (Retro_Payroll_Detail) HCM Extract they are seeing the entire output irrespective of legal entities. However, it is expected that the user should only see data for their assigned legal entities.

We have not used the checkbox Secure by area of responsibility but we have used the secure by custom criteria.

For Example: supposed if I login as myself and I just have "US Legal Entity" AOR assigned and if I run the (Retro_Payroll_Detail) HCM Extract then I should get the data only for "US Legal Entity" not of Canada or any other.
