Can we customize the purchase order implemented notification report

Summary:

We try to customize the Data Model trying to add the field ex-factory date into the Data Model. When we try to use the field ex-factory date in our rtf template its not giving the data in notification and email but the custom fields are reflecting. When tested online it is giving the data in xmlpserver.
