How can we restrict employees from editing the absence entry on edit absence UI

How can we restrict employees from updating/modifying the absence request form Edit Absences UI? They shall only be able to delete/withdraw the absence request.

Employees should not be able to edit any absence type in any state (Scheduled/Completed/In progress) from Edit Absences UI.
