OCI Logging for EPM Apps/EPBCS

We would like to enhance our audit and logging capabilities by monitoring user accesses across all of our relevant applications and Pods. We know we can enable user logging through individual applications and reports, but the hope is to use the OCI Logging Service to unify everything. We tried to execute a POC of this, but were unsure of how to add an application to a Logging Group or how to effectively spool the logs to the Logging Connector Hub, as it seems the option was grayed out/not available when we tried to create it. Is there any direct documentation
