Does Oracle factor in customer RMA returns in the Shipment history ?

Summary:

Our Project is going live in Sep 2025. Customer question is whether Oracle will consider and deduct customer returns from the Shipment history measure after Go Live ?

For example Shipped Quantity = 100, Customer returned 10…so will Oracle consider 90 as the shipment history in order to calculate Forecasts ?
