Are there any resources to improve the speed of Oracle Cloud HCM in general?
I have worked with multiple Oracle HCM customers in the last 10 years. Among them, my current employer seems to have the slowest environment.
I wanted to check if anyone knows of any resources to improve the overall speed of the environment.
Here are a few things we have tried:
- Used recommended browser settings
- Did a evaluation of our pod and raise an SR with Oracle to update attributes
HR systems like Workday offer a Service Level Agreement that 50% of all clicks will happen in under 1 sec and they actually deliver 85% or above. 0% of Oracle HCM pages open in 1 sec, even in Redwood pages.
