Encountering an Error when refreshing the HCM Groups

We have a situation wherein the HR mistakenly include a part time employee into the HCM Groups for Full Time Employees the Bargaining Unit from peroson management has been corrected however the HCM Groups records still do not align. We tried to run the ESS Evaluate Group Membership but receiving an error the ESS job submission is the current date however the effective date that we are setting is past dated.
