After Global transfer, the business rules still considers old Legislation country

Summary:

We have employees who had global transfer from UAE to KSA. On Person Management page, it shows two legislative country which is correct.

We have approval rules defined for change personal information based on legislation country for UAE and KSA individually . Now for global transfer employees the rule considers previous country and the approval is in Failed status as it cannot find the approvers.

Have anyone faced this scenario before, if yes, can you guide us.
