Connections behaviour - Initial entry/Search; Skills and Development

I would like to amend the behaviour upon navigating to Connections. Existing experience as follows:

Me > Connections > enter name into search bar e.g. user's own name -or- name of colleague > Connections page opens

  • can this be amended so the user's Connections page profile opens as default. Do not want to undertake an initial search bar entry

Also, currently if searching for another user, within their Connections page, beneath Skills and Development, I am able to Visit Skills Center and explore/endorse skills for the user. Is there an option to remove/hide this. May be possible via use of VBS?
