Connections - About Me: Tags

Me > Connections > search for employee > About Me

Within the About Me section, option to enter Tags. This could potentially be useful for finding colleagues with matching interests/projects etc.

Adding in some example Tags, and then clicking on them. Returning list of employees that are seemingly unrelated.

We are only just exploring use of Connections, and the About Me sections across the employee base are currently.

What are the steps to configure Tags to get them to match up to relevant employees?
