You can't create contract because you aren't defined as resource

Summary:

As part of Grants Management, Awards Data Migration, as s first step we have imported the Awards Grants Personnel to set the employees as Principle Investigator. It is successfuly completed and the Personnel records are created with PI role, however, these employees were not created as Resources at 'Manage Resources'.

We have around 1500 records need to be added as Resource. It is very difficult to add them manually.

If anyone have any idea or inputs to add employees as Resources in BULK, it will be very helpful.
