how to add custom watermark based on the base contract flag condition in ContractTermsLayout report?

Having a new requirement that we need to add custom watermark based on the base contract flag.

If base contract flag is 'Yes' then we need to remove the watermark otherwise it should print the watermark.

Note: I don't see any data model which assigned to this ContractTermsLayout report
