How to change icon in sandbox?

If I create a Sandbox and I use the Structure tool I can see UI icons:

In the latest release the Destination field is not editable anymore

Also, there is no delete button and the icon seems doomed to stay there forever.

How to change the Destination field / delete the icon again?
